These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 117ph platform, including all games, account features, promotions, and services. Please read them carefully before registering or using any part of 117ph.

3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorized by you. This includes all wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested through your Account.
3.4 Account Inactivity. 4.4 Withdrawal Processing. 4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 117ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.6 Currency. All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on the 117ph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 117ph does not accept or disburse funds in foreign currencies.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by 117ph are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. 5.3 Bonus Abuse. 117ph reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using prohibited betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
5.4 Promotion Availability. Promotions are available for a limited time and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. 117ph is not obligated to offer any specific promotion to any Player and reserves the right to exclude Players from specific promotions at its discretion.
5.5 One Bonus Per Household. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per household, per IP address, and per device. Players sharing a household or device are collectively entitled to only one instance of any given promotion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 117ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the 117ph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and trademarks — is the property of 117ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
8.2 Limited License. 117ph grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 11.3 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, 117ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Third-Party Content. Games and content provided by third-party game providers are subject to those providers' own terms. 117ph is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or disputes arising from third-party game software beyond what is described in Section 6.4 of these Terms.
12.1 Suspension by 117ph. 117ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that a Player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Players.
12.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Any bonus balances will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances remaining in your Account at the time of termination will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

13.1 Applicable Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Jurisdiction. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the 117ph platform.
13.3 PAGCOR Oversight. 117ph operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Complaints that cannot be resolved directly with 117ph may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official complaint resolution channels.
14.1 Right to Amend. 117ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the contact information on file, or by prominent notice on the platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
14.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the 117ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.
